About
I am a digital accessibility professional with a background in QA, business analysis, Agile delivery, and enterprise software. My work focuses on helping organizations create digital products that are more inclusive, usable, and compliant with WCAG, and related regulatory frameworks.
I have hands-on experience conducting accessibility audits for web and mobile applications, using tools and assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack, keyboard testing, browser developer tools, and automated accessibility checkers. I am particularly interested in the intersection between accessibility, user experience, quality assurance, and inclusive product development.
Beyond compliance, I care deeply about accessibility as a matter of autonomy, dignity, and equal participation. My goal is to contribute to digital environments where disabled people can access information, complete tasks, and participate fully without unnecessary barriers.
I am also interested in Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and the role of accessibility in product strategy. I enjoy working with developers, designers, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate accessibility requirements into practical improvements that make digital services better for everyone.
Recently, I'm exploring agentic AI and how emerging technologies can support more efficient, inclusive, and human-centered digital products.
